September
2002 - Daniel Chick, Alex Froom - NEW Mini Cooper
             Our
most epic adventure so far, saw Daniel and Alex Froom on a 4,500
mile journey through Western Europe and Scandinavia, all the way up
to the Arctic Circle and beyond!!! Many thought this would be an
adventure too far, but it turned out to be rather enjoyable, if a
            little uncomfortable on the back!!

            This
adventure saw a return to the daily email update, as with the
previous years Italian Job, and an eager audience of over 200 people
waited each morning with baited breath to see what crazy things we
had been up to over the course of our adventure!
            The
journey started, rather embarrassingly, with us missing our ferry
from Newcastle to Norway, but continued rather more successfully,
with stopovers in the original Legoland in Denmark, a rather
wonderful lakeside camping area in Lappland (complete with a perfect
view of the Aurora Borealis - quite amazing), two days in Tromso,
one of the furthest northern towns, and completed with a 1000 mile
dash over some of the most twisty mountain roads we've ever
            experienced!!
